My pair of Bose QC25’s have served me extremely well over the years. The earcups wear out after a while but with replacements easy to come by, they get a new lease of life.
The headband is unfortunately not something that is user replaceable. The piece had started to disintegrate and I was getting strange looks from people after it started leaving black pieces of material in my hair.
After sourcing some new thin leather, I disassembled everything and stitched in a new piece to the headband. No more disintegrating material and a new lease of life achieved!
